We bottle a limited number of our Estate Tuscan extra virgin olive oil each year. This classic Tuscan-style oil is pressed from Frantoio, Maurino, Pendolino, and Leccino olive trees imported from Italy to our orchard in Monterey County. Olio Nuovo is the first press of the new harvest — and it’s only available immediately after harvest.
