This cocktail (or mocktail) mix is absolutely iconic! Grapefruit Fleur de Sel is inspired by Arizona’s citrus season. Made with fresh grapefruit juice, and then lightly salted, it's the perfect spring drink. Using French fleur de sel from one of our favorite local Phoenix business, SEE SALT, and Arizona organic Rio Red grapefruit from McClendon’s Farm, this mixer shines with any spirit and makes the perfect Paloma or citrus soda. Best with tequila, vodka, or gin. Try it as a Paloma, Brown Derby, Moscow Mule, or Grapefruit Spritz.
