Lavender olive oil is bursting with iconic flavors of Provence. Known for its stunning colour, lavender also has an intensely fresh and bitter taste, with notes of rosemary, vanilla, camphor and bergamot. We think it tastes particularly great in desserts.
Great with proteins: rack of lamb, roasted cod beef skewer with soy, even duck breast with honey. Provençal flatbread or a warm goat’s cheese salad. It’s also the perfect finishing touch for a lot of desserts. Great with fruit tarts, or dark chocolate!
